How do I create an account on Haz FiscalIA?
You can sign up from our home page by clicking "Sign In". You can create your account with your email address and a password, or sign in directly with your Google account.
How can I recover my password?
On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot your password?". We will send a link to your email address to reset your password.

What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer several plans tailored to different needs: from a free plan with basic access to the laws, to professional plans for accountants, auditors, and firms that include the AI assistant, audit tools, and ruling analysis. Visit our pricing page for details on each plan.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will maintain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
AI Assistant (Julia)
What types of queries can I make to the AI assistant?
You can ask questions about El Salvador's tax laws, article interpretation, TAIIA criteria, tax risks, audit procedures, and tax compliance. The assistant bases its answers on actual law articles and real rulings.
Do the AI assistant's answers constitute legal advice?
No. The answers are informational in nature and do not replace the professional judgment of an accountant, auditor, or lawyer. Always verify information with original sources and consult with a qualified professional for important decisions.
What are tokens and how do they work?
Tokens are the unit of measurement for AI assistant queries. Each query consumes tokens based on its complexity. Your plan includes a monthly token allowance, and you can purchase additional tokens if needed.

What laws are available on the platform?
We currently have all 54 active tax laws of El Salvador, including the Tax Code, VAT Law, Income Tax Law, and more. All are structured and available for consultation with articles, paragraphs, and clauses.
How often are the laws updated?
Our team monitors legal reforms and updates published in the Official Gazette. We update the platform as soon as new tax reforms or laws are published.
Can I use Haz FiscalIA on my mobile device?
Yes. Our platform is fully responsive and works on any device with a modern web browser. We also have a mobile app available for iOS and Android.
